The use of design-for-manufacture principles and an integrated team approach means less time spent redesigning, and more time delivering housing that works. Our feasibility tools make early-stage analysis fast and accurate, helping partners determine site fit and project viability in days, not months.

Cost Efficiency Built In
​Haven avoids the largest cost drivers of traditional housing development by repurposing existing buildings and eliminating the need for excavation, shoring, site servicing, and foundational construction. Combined with reduced general conditions and a shortened construction schedule, the financial efficiency compounds. We also unlock access to low-carbon financing from the Canada Infrastructure Bank and CMHC, and secure savings through development charge reductions, HST exemptions, and attainable housing incentives—savings that flow through to project partners and ultimately to tenants.

Traditional builds can take five or more years to go from design to occupancy. Haven is designed to break that cycle. With a pre-assembled team, a fully integrated project delivery (IPD) model, and a productized design that moves from 100% Design Development to Issued for Construction in a fraction of the time, we dramatically compress timelines. Our mass timber system and DFMA approach further reduce time on site—eliminating the deep excavation and long lead times of conventional builds.
